Leigh Anne Meyer
Instructor
Leigh Anne Meyer's clinical nursing background is in emergency & urgent care, adult trauma, adult medical & surgical cardiac care, and general adult medical-surgical nursing. She has worked as a full time nurse educator since 2010, engaging in a variety of educator roles at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She began teaching at Otterbein University in August 2015.

Joy Ferretti Shoemaker, DNP, APRN-CNP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing at Otterbein University. Dr. Shoemaker teaches undergraduate, graduate and doctoral nursing students in a variety of courses. Dr. Shoemaker began her nursing education career in 2002 as a part-time clinical instructor and became a full-time nursing instructor in 2009. Amy Smith
Instructor
Professor Smith began teaching at Otterbein in 2015. Prior teaching experience includes 8 years as a nursing faculty member at Mount Carmel College of Nursing and Firelands Regional Medical Center School of Nursing. Previous clinical background includes leadership positions in nursing management and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in pediatric acute care and trauma.

Christine Zamaripa
Instructor
Christine has worked in women's health for over 18 years. Her clinical background is in Labor and Delivery. She taught clinically for 13 years before coming to Otterbein within a variety of the nursing programs in Central Ohio. She is currently a PhD student in Nursing Education at the University of Northern Colorado.
