Phi Alpha Theta, Beta Zeta Chapter

Phi Alpha Theta is the national History Honors Society. Its mission is to promote the study of history through the encouragement of research, effective teaching, publication, and the exchange of ideas among historians.

In recent years, the Beta Zeta Chapter has organized a range of activities including field trips, guest lectures, movie nights, and more. Students have also presented their research at Phi Alpha Theta’s regional conferences. Pi Sigma Alpha, Alpha Gamma Kappa Chapter

Pi Sigma Alpha is the  national Political Science honors society and is designed to bring together students and faculty interested in the study of government and politics. With almost seven hundred chapters, it is the only honorary for Political Science college and university students  in the United States. Chartered in 2005, the Alpha Gamma Kappa Chapter provides opportunities for students to come together outside of the classroom and share their interests in government through a variety of activities including hosting speakers, attending undergraduate conferences, and exploring professional opportunities.
